Classic Vanilla: Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with buttercream and raspberry jam. Decorated/Finished with Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate: Semi-sweet Belgian dark chocolate sponge, filled and decorated with semi-sweet swiss meringue chocolate buttercream. Finished with a semi-sweet chocolate drip, sprinkles and shavings.

Oreo: Madagascan vanilla sponge infused with crushed Oreo pieces. Filled and decorated with an Oreo infused Madagascan vanilla buttercream. Finished with a chocolate drip and Oreos crumbs.

Lemon: Sicilian lemon and baobab sponge. Filled with zesty lemon curd and zingy lemon buttercream. Simply decorated with zingy lemon buttercream and topped with pretty petals and dried raspberries.

Biscoff: Caramel sponge, filled and decorated with a Biscoff flavoured buttercream and crushed Biscoff crumbs. Finished with white chocolate shavings.

Small (6"): 6 - 8 normal 'party style' slices / 12 - 14 'wedding serving' portions.
Medium (8"): 10 - 18 normal 'party style' slices / 24 - 30 'weddng style' portions.
