– How long can I keep the cupcakes/cake for?
Our treats are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. All of our cupcakes/cakes are hand made fresh every day and contain no preservatives. We recommend that you consume your cupcakes/cakes within two days of purchase.
– What is the best way to keep the cupcakes/cakes fresh?
Cupcakes/cakes should be stored in air-tight containers. Our treats can also be refrigerated, however we advise that you always allow your cupcake/cake to return to room temperature before consuming.
– How long can I keep the cookies for?
Our cookies are preservative free so they taste best when consumed within 7 days. They can be stored for up to 2 week in an air-tight container and refrigerated.
– What is the best way to store your cake pops?
Our cake pops should be should stored in an air-tight container and refrigerated. Our cake pops taste best when consumed within 3 – 4 days.
Dietary & Allergy
– I am allergic to nuts, which baked good is suitable for me?
All of our treats are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please do not eat any of our treats if you are allergic to nuts as they may contain trace amounts even if it is not part of the ingredients.
– Are your cakes or cookies vegetarian?
All of our cakes, cupcakes and cookies vegetarians and halal.

– How much notice do you need for an order?
We require at least 24-48 hours notice for cupcakes and cookies, and require 48-72 hours notice for celebration cakes. Please note: Shorter notice periods are available, but this option may incur an additional surcharge.
– What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
– Should I have received a notification after placing an online order?
Yes, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder, as they can occasionally find their way into a spam or trash folder.
– There is an error in my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you notice an error in the order confirmation then you must send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07801 26 24 60 immediately.
– I need to change my order. What can I do?
We are more than happy to change your order for you. Your order can not be altered after 2:30pm, on the day before its delivery/collection. Please send a note immediately to email@example.com or call 07801 26 24 60 with your updated order information and we will update it for you if possible.
– Do you deliver?
We currently only deliver to particular London postcodes. Delivery prices are based on your location and the fragility or your order in some circumstances. Delivery prices start from £6.99. Please contact us for a more precise delivery price.
– Can you send my friend some cookies?
We can hand deliver our cookies straight to you, or post you or someone you love a box – see Mama’s Tough Cookie Box.
– What is your returns policy?
We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon delivery your treat(s) is not to your liking, then please let us know immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
