[:en]All our cupcakes and cakes are hand-made from scratch and freshly baked to order. We treat each cupcake and cake with the utmost respect and take serious pride in our work. No cupcake or cake leaves our kitchen unless it is perfect.As a result, we tend to require at least 48 hours notice for most orders. However, we may be able to accommodate orders at shorter notice depending on the quantity and design(s) you require.

As all of our cupcakes are made to order, we require full payment for security. If you choose to cancel, you MUST give us no less than 48 hours notice to ensure you receive a full refund. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee being incurred. This cancellation fee is 15% of the final total of your order, including any delivery charges and card payment fees.

Minimum Orders:

We have a fixed minimum order policy. You currently can not order less than: 36 Mini Cupcakes; 12 Small Cupcakes; 6 Medium Cupcakes; 1 Large Cupcake or Celebration Cake (- in the same flavour).

All orders must be in multiples of six thereafter and flavours can not be mixed on smaller orders. If you wish to have more than the maximum stipulated, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Payment:

However, if your cupcakes/cakes have a cream cheese frosting or contain fresh fruits, for safety’s sake, please consume within 2 days. In addition, even though the internal texture of these cupcakes will change (it may become dry very quickly), these little delights must be refrigerated!
